Penang Story: Living Heritage

Ever since Georgetown gained the status of UNESCO world heritage site in 2008, it was rewarded a second life.  A city that on the edge of abandon regains its glory. Building was restored,  once emptied street was populated again with businesses, hostels, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Although the townscape itself worth a lot of mentioned, it was the locals that caught my attention - locals who worth the title of "Living Heritage".  And they make a good material for photography too. Enjoy some random street photos!
